Exchange and Returns

Return Policy and Instructions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item you may return it for a refund or exchange. Imprint Plus, on behalf of shopnamebadges.co.uk, will gladly accept returns for products originally purchased online. We do not accept exchanges or returns for merchandise purchased in stores. This merchandise must be returned to the location of original purchase, according to the terms of the retailer’s return and/or exchange policy

 

Exchanging/Returning your purchase:

  1. Customised or factory-printed product cannot be returned or exchanged
  2. Customers may return product for refund if all of the following conditions are met
    • Imprint Plus is notified within 45 days of shipment
    • The product is returned to Imprint Plus by the customer within 30 days of the call to Imprint Plus at customer’s cost; and
    • The components are still in original packaging;
    • Return number assigned by Imprint Plus is noted on the box of return by customer
  3. Note that a 15% restocking fee may apply

 

The return/exchange must be made within 45 days of receiving your shipment. Do not return any merchandise without contacting customer service (customerservice [at] shopnamebadges.co.uk).. All components must be in original “new” condition or the return will not be allowed. Imprint Plus does not accept returns or exchanges unless they are returned in their packaging, when applicable. . 

 

Please specify the reason(s) for your return or exchange and what you would like to exchange your merchandise for. Do not place a separate order for your exchange. An Imprint Plus customer service representative will place your exchange order manually. Once we receive your original item(s), Imprint Plus will ship out your exchange.

Please write your order number and date of order on the outside of your shipping carton.  Please ship your return/exchange via a traceable signature-required service to ensure delivery and proper credit, when applicable.

At this time return/exchange shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please send all returns prepaid to the following address:

Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return and issue any appropriate refunds. You will receive an email notification when your merchandise has been processed and the refund has been issued.  Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase

 

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

Imprint Plus will replace any product that is determined  to be defective, delivered in error, or damaged in shipment if the following conditions are met:

 

  • Imprint Plus is notified within 90 days of purchase
  • “Damaged” is clearly marked on the Receipt of Shipment for Damaged in Shipment claims
  • Imprint Plus or our shipping company or freight forwarder is able to pick up defective product for evaluation
  • SRM number assigned by Imprint Plus is noted on the box of return by customer (Shipment of Returned Materials)

 

Please email customerservice [at] shopnamebadges.co.uk with your claim, and please include digital photos when possible. We may request that you send the product to our Quality Assurance Department for further review.  At that point we will review the claim and provide you with the SRM number. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value.

 

Please note that the product life expectancy depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user.  Any product damage determined to be normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be covered or replaced.
